- Reside in an area where CuppaSugar services are available
- Have a valid mobile phone number for verification
- Provide accurate residential address information
4. Account Registration and Security

- Legal first and last name
- Valid mobile phone number
- Current residential address
- Profile photo (optional but recommended)
4.2 Phone Verification

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

While the app may work on older versions, we cannot guarantee full functionality or support.

Any disputes with CuppaSugar will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions.

- We may remove content that violates our Terms
- We may suspend accounts pending investigation

Moderation decisions are at our sole discretion and are final.
