Initially, only your first name and last initial are visible to the community. You control who sees your requests by choosing to share with your entire neighborhood, just your local community, or specific groups. Profile photos and contact details are only shared after you explicitly connect with a neighbor.

Every user verifies both their phone number and address before joining. You can see if neighbors have previously helped others, read their response history, and view community endorsements. We also encourage meeting in public spaces when first connecting and using good judgment. Our community guidelines and reporting features help maintain a safe, trustworthy environment.
